Many of the 4 million visitors to the island are looking for short-term stays, 1 to 3 days. Generally condos require a minimum of a week-long commitment which makes finding a shorter term stay almost impossible.

Canal Place fills this void since visitors can stay for a day, a week, a month or even longer. Orange Beach and even the entire Alabama Gulf Coast is lacking in accommodations for short-term visitors.

It will be sold as a Condo but operated as a hotel by Senate Hospitality Group. No need to worry about getting renters for your condo or finding a firm that will rent it for you.

The condo/hotel will be located at the intersection of Canal Road and Highway 161, one of the busiest intersections in the county. To help put things in perspective, Canal Road is one of only two roads that lead into Orange Beach and Highway 161 is the only north/south road that spans the width of the island in Orange Beach. So we have a location with an extremely high traffic count and a beautiful facility that will over-look Wolf Bay. And it’s just minutes from the beach.
We were very fortunate to acquire this site and it will become even more valuable when the proposed Bridge crossing Wolf Bay is built. It will empty out right next door to our hotel.
