Joe Rodgers wears two hats in this project, one as a developer the other as the contractor who will be building Canal Place.

For over 40 years he has owned his own construction company, American Constructors, Inc., and has built over sixty hospitals, many retirement/nursing facilities, office buildings, warehouse and industrial projects and over fifty church-related projects. He has completed many multi-million dollar projects like the Vanderbilt Medical Center, Nashville Symphony Concert Hall and Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame Museum.

Experience counts and Joe has what is needed to make Canal Place Suites Hotel and Condominium one of the best-built projects on the Gulf Coast.

As a side note, Joe was also our Ambassador to France during the Ronald Reagan administration’s second term.
